перенос живых журналов на другой сервер

В последнее время пользователи испытывают сложности с доступом к некоторым журналам в LiveJournal: долго грузятся страницы, невозможно оставить комментарии и так далее. Связано это с неравномерным распределением нагрузки на серверы: журналы хранятся на нескольких серверах, и некоторые из них более загружены. Поэтому было принято решение переместить некоторые журналы на менее нагруженные серверы.

Перемещение запланировано в ночь с 28 на 29 декабря 2012 года по московскому времени. Оно займёт от 1 до 4 часов для каждого журнала.

На это время перемещаемый журнал будет временно доступен только для чтения. Это означает, что владелец журнала не сможет авторизоваться под своим аккаунтом, а читатели журнала не смогут оставлять новые комментарии к записям в журнале. При этом все записи в журнале останутся доступны.

По завершении перемещения полный доступ к журналу будет восстановлен автоматически.

Если у вас возникнут какие-либо вопросы или сложности с доступом к вашему журналу с утра 29 декабря, пожалуйста, обратитесь в Службу поддержки.

Recently users are expecting difficulties with access to some blogs in LiveJournal: pages are loaded slowly, comments can’t be added and so on. This happens because of the uneven distribution of the server load: logs are stored on multiple servers, and some of them are overloaded. That is why some maintenance will be performed.

As a part of the maintenance some blogs will be moved to less busy servers. The maintenance is planned for the 29th December night, Moscow time. It will take from 1 to 4 hours for each blog. During that time the journal will be available for reading only; its user won’t be able to log into his account and it will be impossible to post new comments.

After the blog is moved to another server the full access will be restored automatically.
